Business Development Manager

AMLBot — international project with Ukrainian origins. We develop compliance tools (AML, KYC, KYT) to protect users from dirty money risks while interacting with CeFi & DeFi projects.

Today our service is used by 5K+ Crypto Companies and 220K+ active users. The company is growing at a rate of nearly 2-2.5x per year and is actively expanding.

Our goal is to create an honest and transparent crypto market and to make available to everyone a tool to protect their reputation and assets.

In order to scale and enter the western market, we need a skilled professional with experience in business development of crypto companies in our team.

What we want in return:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role 2+ years;
  • Working experience with crypto/blockchain projects;
  • Proven sales track record;
  • Experience in customer support is a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot);
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian;
  • Market knowledge;
  • Communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to build rapport.

Together we will:

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc;
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
