AMLBot — international project with Ukrainian origins. We develop compliance tools (AML, KYC, KYT) to protect users from dirty money risks while interacting with CeFi & DeFi projects.

Today our service is used by 5K+ Crypto Companies and 220K+ active users. The company is growing at a rate of nearly 2-2.5x per year and is actively expanding.

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager who can technically set up and manage all modern types of automated lead generation.

What we want in return:

  • Proven experience in lead generation or outbound sales processes.
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of modern automated lead generation tools.
  • Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken) & Ukrainian.
  • Independent, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in finance, crypto, or blockchain industries.
  • B2B lead generation experience, particularly in the tech or SaaS sectors.
  • Familiarity with niche platforms and community-based lead gen (Reddit, Telegram, etc.).

What we will do together:

  • Set up and maintain automated lead generation tools and workflows across LinkedIn, email outreach, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop, test, and optimize outreach strategies and messaging to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and continuously improve LinkedIn and email outreach systems; propose and implement new hypotheses and experiments.
  • Handle pre-sales communication with leads who respond to outreach efforts.
  • Explore and potentially expand lead generation activities into Reddit, Telegram groups, and WhatsApp communities.
